1. 维修范围
Scope of Repair
• 本公司仅维修顾客授权的设备及所述问题,其他隐患或问题如未被检测出,将不在维修范围内。
We only repair devices and issues authorized by the customer. Any undetected issues or hidden defects are not covered.
• 对于非原厂配件,我们将提前告知顾客并征得同意后才进行更换。
We will inform and obtain consent before using any non-original replacement parts.

2. 资料及数据
Data & Information
• 顾客有责任在维修前备份手机内的所有资料、照片、联系人等数据。
Customers are responsible for backing up all data, photos, contacts, etc., before repair.
• 我们不对维修过程中可能导致的数据丢失负责。
We are not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.

3. 保修政策
Warranty Policy
• 所有更换零件提供 [请填:30天 / 90天 / 6个月] 保修(非人为损坏情况下)。
All replaced parts come with a [please fill in: 30 / 90 days / 6 months] warranty, excluding human-induced damage.
• 保修仅限于原维修项目和更换的零件。
Warranty applies only to the original repair items and replaced parts.

4. 保修不适用情况
Warranty Exclusions
以下情况不享受保修服务:
Warranty will not apply under the following conditions:
• 人为损坏(如摔落、水渍、压力等);
Physical damage (drops, water damage, pressure, etc.);
• 擅自拆机或他人维修;
Unauthorized disassembly or third-party repair;
• 软件问题(如刷机、系统更新出错);
Software issues (e.g. flashing, failed updates);
• 非本公司更换的零件故障。
Faults in parts not replaced by us.

5. 维修风险声明
Repair Risk Disclaimer
• 某些维修(如主板维修或进水清洗)存在一定风险,可能导致设备无法恢复原状或修复失败。
Some repairs (e.g., motherboard or water-damage cleaning) involve inherent risks and may result in non-repairable devices.
• 顾客了解并同意承担此类风险。
The customer understands and agrees to bear these risks.

6. 报价与付款
Quotation & Payment
• 所有维修报价须经顾客确认后方可进行维修。
All repair quotes must be confirmed by the customer before proceeding.
• 完成维修后需全额付款,方可取回设备。
Full payment is required upon repair completion before the device can be collected.

7. 设备保管
Device Storage
• 完成维修后,请在 30天内 取回设备,逾期我们有权处理设备且不承担任何责任。
Please collect your device within 30 days after repair. We reserve the right to dispose of uncollected devices without liability.

No valid proof of purchase
